We are free weight and free form centric and light on cardio and marketing gimmicks\. A gym for people who love fitness and healthy living without the corporate structure\. Lower staffing requirements will reduce overhead costs\. We help you make your gym the predominate fitness hub in your community\.
Our owner will supervise the entire build\-out and start\-up process\. This includes business entity formation, professional services referrals, site selection, obtaining working capital and equipment lease, general contracting, equipment procurement, training on our systems, pre\-sale and a continuum of support and operational consulting\.
In addition, there are opportunities to hold ownership shares in the facility purchased by our development partners\.

- **Existing Units:** 3
- **Facilities:** Your space will be leased\. Some situations may allow our real estate partner to purchase the space and operators may be included as a minority property owner\. You will own your equipment after the equipment lease is paid in totality\. Typically and depending on the amount and number of payments, expect payoff to occur after year 4\.
- **Competition:** Each pending location will be researched to determine feasibility\. High street visibility, strong demographics, suburban location near military base, university, corporate campus, hospital or large office park preferred\. The competition will be assed and based on our findings, we will then use the data to determine the location for your gym\. Assessing the demographics, competition, start\-up costs and overhead will result in choosing the most viable price point for memberships, personal training and classes\.
- **Explanation of Fees and Payments:** Net worth of $250K and the ability to borrow $500K\. All funds may be borrowed\. A franchise or development fee of $50,000 must be paid at signing\. A 5% to 7% marketing and royalty fee will be paid monthly for franchises\. For joint ventures, no marketing or royalty fee is required unless otherwise agreed upon by the involved parties\. Franchisees or joint venture partners will purchase equipment through our sister equipment supply and gym design company\.
- **Financing:** Equipment lease and working capital access can be facilitated\.Support & Training: We provide operational, marketing, sales and software training after signing\. When your gym opens for business, support and troubleshooting access will be available via phone, email or video calls\.
